Clinical Counselling
Counselling is a process where a trained professional helps individuals explore and understand their feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. It is a safe, confidential space where people can talk about their concerns, work towards finding solutions to their problems, learn healthy coping mechanisms and learn to use helpful tools to enrich their inner lives. Counseling can be helpful for a wide range of issues, including mental health, relationships, and personal growth. We have counsellors available even on weekends and evenings, and you can try a free 20 minute consultation, online or in person.
